2-Week itinerary Panama

Panama is a great country to visit: This country has more to offer than just its hats (which have their origin in Ecuador by the way )! Going from the south of Panama to the north there are even several kinds of different climate regions… From sandy beaches to villages in the cloudy mountains there is lots to see.

This backpacking itinerary combines beautiful beaches with adventure in natural reserves. Within two weeks, you will explore many parts of Panama, go scuba diving in Santa Catalina (or Surfing), Rafting in Boquete and have some relaxing time at Panamas beaches in Bocas del Toro and San Blas.

How much time do I need to see all this during the trip? 17 days or longer if you prefer. Just spend some more time at the places you like. Or swap some things with suggestions noted in each post.	How much money do I need for 2 weeks in Panama? 1200 PAB (1,200.00 USD) to 1500 PAB (1,500.00 USD) per person (travelling as a couple – a solo travelling person might have to spend a bit more) including accomondation, transfer, food and some tours.
