This backpacking itinerary combines beautiful beaches with adventure in natural reserves. Within two weeks, you will explore many parts of Panama, go scuba diving in Santa Catalina (or Surfing), Rafting in Boquete and have some relaxing time at Panamas beaches in Bocas del Toro and San Blas.
